Purpose

The purpose of this form is to ensure that all participants are fully informed of the potential risks involved in taking part in this tour. Skippers Canyon Gold Limited is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience, but as with all outdoor and vehicle-based activities, there are inherent risks which cannot be completely eliminated.

Activity Description

This tour may include but is not limited to: off-road travel, walking on uneven or steep terrain, sudden changes in weather, and limited access to immediate medical services. Participants may be exposed to natural hazards such as cliffs, riverbanks, loose rocks, or wildlife.

• Slips, trips, or falls on uneven or wet surfaces
• Sudden weather changes leading to cold, heat, or limited visibility
• Medical emergencies in remote areas
• Vehicle travel on winding, narrow, or gravel roads
• Injury due to rockfall, landslides, or environmental hazards
